PRIVACY
Under the terms of art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and later amendments, Arcadia informs the registered Licensee that its personal and/or ID details provided for pre-contractual checks and activities, or during the execution of this agreement or other connected contracts, as well as every time access is made in order to use the software are treated exclusively for pre-contractual, contractual and use requirements. 
These data may be communicated to Arcadia personnel duly authorized under the terms of art. 30 of the above-mentioned Legislative Decree, as well as third parties whose services are used by Arcadia to fulfil its contractual obligations or perform operations connected to or a consequence of the agreement or pre-contractual checks.
Arcadia also informs that where necessary the above-mentioned data may also be acquired by third parties, if authorized by the Customer.
The Customer has the rights laid down in art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, which include: 
the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning it exist, updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully;
the right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning it especially where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
If the Customer objects to the processing of the data necessary for connecting its terminal and Arcadia’s servers, use of the software will not be possible. 
Use of the software will also be impeded if the Customer does not authorize, or objects to processing of the data entered in the Arcadia database.

By accepting the agreement the Customer acknowledges that it has read the terms of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and expresses its consent to processing of its personal details in the way and for the purposes indicated above and in any case strictly connected to managing the relationship inherent in this agreement.
