GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
The private access password communicated by Arcadia is personal and cannot be assigned to third parties.  It can be used exclusively by the applicant accredited under his/her own responsibility. 
It is the Customer’s task to keep its data updated, especially its email address. Arcadia shall not be responsible for failure to update the above-mentioned data and in particular to have used incorrect or unauthorized email addresses.
Arcadia hereby informs that every session which uses  the software will require the Customer to connect its terminal to Arcadia’s servers. In this regard, Arcadia declares that only strictly essential data will be used for the above-mentioned connection, as per the privacy law.
